Patients give the care five stars. The phones, the booking and the rebooking, not always. So everything between you and your doctor works differently now.
Kind on the phone. Clear about the next step. Every time.
Pick a time, move it or cancel it from your phone. Your visit shows in the clinic's schedule straight away.
A person replies the same business day. If it sounds urgent, you're told where to go right away.
Leave your number instead of waiting on hold. The front desk calls you back in order.
Sent, received, booked. You get a text at each step, so you never have to call and ask.
If the doctor is behind, maybe because a baby is on the way, you get a text with the new time.
Your 40-week schedule is booked ahead, with a text two days before each visit, scan and test.
